For my 2015 AtoZ Challenge I'm featuring...
4-1-1
*4 random words/descriptions/tools about myself,
*1 blog I adore so much I would like everyone else to follow (it's only 26 new amazing blogs to add to your list if you haven't already),
*1, 2015 novel.
*Which all start with the letter of the day (or as close I could get).
Simple, fast posts so you can read, comment, and move on to the next A to Z blogger. Enjoy!
I'm currently on vacation at my grandfathers, tucked away in a remote nature reserve in Florida... withOUT Wi-Fi & with my kids (so this should be an interesting "unplugged" week). Which means, my comments will be absent until my return!

2015 Book
Danger descends in the second book of The Internment Chronicles, from the New York Times bestselling author of The Chemical Garden trilogy.
After escaping Internment, Morgan and her fellow fugitives land on the ground to finally learn about the world beneath their floating island home.
The ground is a strange place where water falls from the sky as snow, and people watch moving pictures and visit speakeasies. A place where families can have as many children as they want, their dead are buried in vast gardens of bodies, and Internment is the feature of an amusement park.
It is also a land at war.
Everyone who fled Internment had their own reasons to escape their corrupt haven, but now they’re caught under the watchful eye of another king who wants to dominate his world. They may have made it to the ground, but have they dragged Internment with them?

Finding new books to add to my TBR pile is one of my favorite parts of A to Z; thanks for the recommendation!
ReplyDeleteI was gonna ask you what bluestocking was, but then I remembered you'll be unplugged for about a week or whatever. So I googled it myself.
ReplyDeleteBut well, Wikiipedia explains it, but it also gives some 'recent uses' of the name, so I don't know if you're referring to one of those recent uses, or the original term. Although I can see you being one of those intellectual bluestocking ladies. :)
So, when you get back from your vacation, I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to tell me exactly what YOU are referring to with bluestocking.
:)
Blogging - good one! And that cover art is amazing!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the 2015 A to Z Challenge!
