Hello Blogging Buddies!
Express Yourself is a weekly meme. It's goal is to help our fellow bloggers get to know one another better, to help motivate one another, laugh (or cry) together, in other words – stalk.
Feb. 1-5: What novel are you most excited to get your hands on?
Library of Souls (Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children, #3) by Ransom Riggs
- I finally got my hands on this and it was an amazing end to a series! This series is a must!!
Feb. 8-12: What Book or TV show couples do you adore?
Soap & Sophronia - Finishing School series by Gail Carriger
Captain Thorne & Cress - The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer
Darla & Alex - Ashfall series by Mike Mullins
Feb. 15-19: Where was your first date?
Like very first date? Or with my husband?
My very first date was in a small movie theater in my very small home town when I was 13.
With my husband, it was at a restaurant the weekend after we met at a bar. Yes, we met in a bar.
Feb. 22-26: Where would you consider the most romantic place to vacation?
Obviously some place warm, where the beaches are vacant and the water is ice blue and clear. A place where our little hut is extended over the water and very private so I don't have to feel self-conscious.

You know what? We read the first book in that series as a family. (Or rather listened to it on a road trip.) I've debated picking up the rest of the series once or twice but haven't gotten there. It will happen.
ReplyDeleteI was 16 on my first date with the hubbs, and I thought that was young! Whew! Some things are meant to be, eh?
Welcome back to Express Meme Dani.
ReplyDeleteNeed some new fangled thots and ideers? Look no firdr, brudda...
ReplyDeleteGreetings, earthling! Can't stay long, done gotta git, Paw ...yet, if I'm a sower, we plant the Seed; if I'm an artist, we write the Word:
I actually saw Seventh-Heaven when we died: you couldn't GET any moe curly, extravagantly-surplus-lush Upstairs when my beautifull, brilliant, bombastic, bawlsy girly passed-away at 17 (God calls U.S. home regardless of our maturity);
We cannot stay here: this is a lifelong-demise-test to see where we go to based on OUR decisions, up or down (God has absolutely no power over our free will). And dats da fak, Jak.
"Those who are wise will shine as brightly as the expanse of the Heavens, and those who have instructed many in uprightousness, as bright as stars for all eternity"
-Daniel 12:3
Here's what the prolific, exquisite GODy sed: 'the more you shall honor Me, the more I shall bless you'
-the Infant Jesus of Prague.
Go git'm, girl. You're incredible.
See you Upstairs...
I won't be joining'm in da nasty Abyss where Isis lies
