Love that these are back! I totally would have done today's but needed to post something else. Chips & salsa are one of my favorite snacks! And I could eat pizza every single day and not get sick of it.

A cup of warmed-by-the-stove milk
a pinch of turmeric
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of cinnamon
tsp coconut oil
tbs honey
mix and sip and enjoy. Ahhhh.... <3

DeleteIf you don't do milk, you can use almond or hemp milk. Which ever. :)
